NWGN was basically down (The nukewinter.com domain only) for the past 5 days due to the code red virus. No, we were not infected ourselves, however the immense ammount of spam the virus was feeding through our network basically overloaded our server. Things should be fixed now, as most of the offending machines have been blocked. Sorry for the trouble!

It never ends on the Internet. It seems as if someone in the 'spam-mail' business is sending out their spams with various nukewinter.com e-mail addresses as the return address. While this doesn't hurt me directly (aside from 100 Mail Undeliverable messages per day), it could lead people to think we are behind this spam, and that simply is not acceptable. So I am asking, whoever is doing this, to please stop. Since I doubt they will, if any readers know anything about this could you please fire me an e-mail, so that I may attempt to rectify the situation.

Just a word of advice for those of you who play the Red Alert 2 ladder, never play someone by the name of Zipemup. He is *AT BEST* a mediocre player, however whenever you are on the virge of beating him, mysteriously a "connection error" occurs and both players drop. How conviently for him, he gest the win 99% of the time this happens! It's rather amusing that given the tactics he uses he is still only ranked 600. *snicker*

The most current review is of the Game Commander 2. The Game Commander 2 package includes voice recognition software, specifically used for gaming. For instance, if you say "Rocket Launcher" while playing Quake 3, your weapon will change to the Rocket Launcher. Also included is a microphone headset. Click here to read more.
